Outline: Brief: DVD’s are interactive Media products that support and promote the featured content. Your brief is to plan, design, and create an interactive DVD for your Doritos advert. Your audience is the Doritos judging panel and potential voters; the purpose is to support your film in its bid to win the competition. Task 1: Pre-Production In Pre production you will need to research ‘typical’ DVD content and use, develop and document your ideas, consider a style that is in keeping with your advert and design your product. · Present a powerpoint of research · Document ideas · Moodboard considering the style of your product (fonts, images, colours, audio) · Design Storyboard: what might your screens look like? · Layout diagrams (a tree diagram showing which links will be on which screens/ what the audience will be able to assess on each screen) · Production schedule · Written/ verbal proposal · Create assets (video, images, music, links, etc) | Unit 8 P1 M1 D1 P2 M2 D2 |
