Working life in a Creative gaming team

Three questions to research and answer this morning:


Unit 3. D2:

1. Describe, with images and examples, the range of jobs and roles that make up the game production team. Case studies are included on the creative skills set website


2. Explain how different jobs relate to one another.

Many people work together in the production of a new game but how do their roles and tasks relate and connect together? Pick a selection of job roles and look at how they relate to each other, for example: How do the roles and jobs of games designer, programmer and project manager interact with eacherother, how do they connect and comunicate, how do thier jobs and roles link together?

3. Moving from full time to flexible contracts, the industry is changing! Describe the advantages and disadvantages of the kind of contract or work patterns people in the game industry work within.
