How professional is the articulation of the idea? What quality is the production of the idea? Take into account that the schools will have different levels of technology.

Does the entry show that there is value to saving?

IDEA DEVELOPMENT
How developed is the idea? Has the entry been thought through?

HITS BRIEF OBJECTIVE
How likely is the idea to inspire or excite other young people?
